This movie scares me more than any other film on this list. Directed by Neil Marshall (you might know him as the director of many, many episodes of Game Of Thrones), The Descent is highly unsettling because not only does it have crazy mole people attacking a group of spelunkers, it also perfectly simulates claustrophobia. Bonus points: The U.S. and U.K. versions had different endings in theaters, but you can catch both on the unrated edition. They are equally terrifying.
